# Motion Designer## •### @TitansPosted on 9/24/2025•Full-time## Job DescriptionWe're seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our growing in-house creative team. You’ll create concepts, design, and animate premium motion graphics for social media, broadcasts, and in-venue displays that enhance how fans experience the Titans.We want someone with strong creative vision, technical expertise, and passion for sports storytelling who thrives in collaborative environments and brings fresh energy to every project.* Design and animate motion graphics across multiple platforms, including: + Social media content packages + In-game and in-venue videoboard features + Broadcast and livestream graphics packages + Marketing and promotional campaigns* Collaborate with video production, design, and marketing teams to concept and execute compelling visuals.* Create templates and toolkits to ensure brand consistency across platforms.* Translate static designs into dynamic animations while maintaining brand identity.* Manage multiple projects with tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail.* Stay current with design trends and sports entertainment innovations to keep The Titans creative cutting-edge.* Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Education:* High School Diploma required* Bachelor's Degree in Motion Design or related field preferredExperience:* 2–4 years of professional experience in motion design, preferably within sports, entertainment, or agency environments.* Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.* Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D design/animation software preferred.* Experience designing for broadcast, live event production, or large-format displays is a plus.* Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.* Working knowledge and familiarity with NFL rules preferred.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:* In-office position based in a corporate environment with individual workspaces and shared common areas* Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed* Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders, along with active listening abilities to understand and respond appropriately to diverse audiences in both individual and group settings.Those selected for further consideration will be contacted by someone from the Tennessee Titans.*We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.*LocationOn-siteNashville, TennesseePayPay not disclosedSimilar roles/responsibilitiesMotion Designer #J-18808-Ljbffr
