The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, work closely with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure that all care provided meets regulatory and agency standards. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and update care plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. Minimum of 1‑2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting. Current CPR certification. Strong assessment and clinical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
