Role Description This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Specialist located on-site in Knoxville, TN. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, providing product information, and processing orders and returns.
