Customer Service Consultant

Dalton Collision Centers Inc.

Dalton Collision is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our team! What You’ll Do Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Help provide customer quotes and capture new jobs Guide customers through the repair process from drop-off to delivery Support estimators with vehicle check-ins, photos, and documentation Coordinate rentals and customer transportation Communicate repair updates clearly and consistently Deliver an excellent customer experience every step of the way What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service Experience (automotive Is a Plus, Not Required) Why Work With Us?
