What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric and adult populations
• Perform routine exams, health assessments, and manage common acute and chronic conditions
• Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Contribute to mobile clinic activities and community outreach programs
• Adhere to all safety, clinical, and confidentiality standards

What You Need

• Arizona Medical License (in-hand)
• DEA license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of family practice experience
• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working with diverse age groups
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

About the Assignment
