What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient family health care in both mobile and brick-and-mortar clinics
• Manage a diverse patient population across all age groups, including pediatrics and adults
• Conduct routine physical exams, health assessments, and treatment planning
• Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR software
• Collaborate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols, including BLS guidelines
• Participate in orientation and continuous quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• CA medical license with in-hand verification
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient Family Practice
• Fluency in Spanish communication is essential
• Ability to work independently with a patient-centric approach
• Willingness to work in a mobile clinic setting when required
