What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient primary care services to diverse patient populations
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and manage common conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR system
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards
• Work in both mobile clinics and fixed-site facilities based on clinic needs
• Support both pediatric and adult patients, addressing a broad spectrum of health concerns

What You Need

Required:

• California medical license (in-hand)
• DEA license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred:

• Board Certified in Family Practice (or Board Eligible)
• Experience working in mobile clinics or community health settings
