What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient Family Practice care to patients of all ages, including children and adults
• Work in both mobile clinics and established outpatient settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive healthcare
• Perform routine exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Document patient visits using EPIC EMR software
• Participate in vaccination and preventive care initiatives
• Engage in patient education to promote health and wellness

What You Need

• CA Medical License (in-hand)
• DEA Certification
• BLS certification
• 2+ years outpatient/family practice experience
• Comfortable working with diverse patient populations, including children and adults
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred

About the Assignment

This outpatient role involves providing comprehensive, compassionate care in a dynamic environment that includes both mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar facilities. Providers will enjoy a full week of orientation and must be available to attend all training sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
