Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Washington, D.C. area. This is a full school-year contract with the opportunity for renewal. Position Overview As a school-based SLP, you will provide impactful therapy services to students with diverse communication needs across multiple grade levels. Full-time, onsite position aligned with the school calendar Consistent caseload and structured daily schedule Opportunity to work across one or multiple school sites Collaborative environment with educators and multidisciplinary teams Key Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff and families Pay Rate: $55–$68/hour (based on experience) Full W‑2 benefits package 12‑month spread pay option for consistent income year‑round Bonus opportunities available Ongoing clinical support from a dedicated advisory team Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Active or eligible Washington, D.C.
