• Pay: Total compensation of $80,000-$125,000+ annually based on performance

• Schedule: Full time, Saturday and evening availability required

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience

• Additional sales experience welcomed (telemarketing, retail, hospitality, etc.)

• Familiarity with dealership management systems

• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objection

• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process

• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations

• Develop relationships with current and prospective customers

• Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM

• Stay informed on new models, product updates, and manufacturer training programs

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $80,000 to $125,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
