As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties, and assist in building a culture of teamwork and excellence. Major Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to assist the assigned supervisor
• Coordinate work within the department as well as with other departments and respond to inquiries or requests for information
• Interact with patients, families, and staff in a courteous, tactful, friendly, and cooperative manner
• Prepare and develop confidential and routine correspondence, reports, forms, business documents, and special mailings
• Prepare preliminary work on various projects and maintain general administrative records and filing systems
• Provide customer service to residents and families as necessary
• Review and maintain time and attendance records for supervisor's approval prior to submitting to the payroll department
• Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Prefer a two-year college degree or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
