Design Consultant, Full-Time

Provide design expertise for scheduled appointments, including Studio and Home visits, virtual appointments, and on-demand design time Identify and network with local organizations and businesses that would benefit from Design Solutions services Provide Design Solutions marketing materials to local organizations and businesses Support the retail store team with order entry, visual floorsets, merchandising reinforcement, store maintenance and standards, and product training activities Promote external outreach within the community to support and expand market reach Elevate the guest experience and nurture growth of the complimentary design service Report to the Store Leader Requirements 2+ years’ experience in interior design, consultation, and event planning Space planning skills Basic drafting skills Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and basic floor plans Ability to conduct Home Visits with established guests Valid driver's license Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in interior design and consultation, with strong skills in space planning and the ability to interpret architectural and floor plans. Proven ability to enhance guest experiences and support community outreach initiatives.
