Location: East of Downtown Houston Area.

Pay: $26.00 per hour | Weekly Pay.

Job Type: Full-Time | Contract.

What to Expect:.

This is a structured, client-focused role designed to meet the needs of the population served.

• Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
• Schedule: Includes evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sunday required).
• Days Off: Two weekdays (assigned).

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll guide and support young adults (ages 18-24) as they work toward stable housing and independence.

• Assist with housing placement, leasing, and move-ins.
• Support clients with applications, vouchers, and documentation.
• Provide ongoing case management and support planning.
• Conduct assessments and track client progress.
• Maintain clear and accurate case records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and housing partners.
• Participate in program activities and client support services.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking reliable professionals who are comfortable with structure and committed to making an impact.

• 1+ year of case management experience (required).
• Experience with housing programs (public housing, vouchers, supportive housing).
• Background working with young adults or at-risk populations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a set schedule with required weekends.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
