Document Gathering: Requesting, tracking, and organizing police reports, medical records, and billing statements to build a solid file for the legal team. Case Tracking: Managing files through a high-tech case management system, ensuring all deadlines, quotas, and follow-ups are met efficiently. Lawyer Assistance: Aiding attorneys with various pre-litigation duties, such as drafting correspondence, preparing demand packages, and negotiating medical liens.
