This is a Night Shift RN Tele/Med-Surg position (7:00 PM 7:00 AM) with set schedules at a small community medical center in Globe, AZ.

Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $28.00$39.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM; set schedules
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required Experience

• Med-Surg experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Step-down experience preferred but not required

Required Skills

• Proficiency with EMR Meditech
• Proficiency with Alaris pumps
• Proficiency with Omnicell medication dispensing system

Education Requirements

• ACLS certification required
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• State RN license must be currently active

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Patient ratio: Med-Surg/Observation 1:6
• Patient ratio: Step Down 1:4
• Flu vaccine required no exceptions
• 100-mile radius rule: travelers with a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility will not be accepted
• RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment; guaranteed hours will not apply for canceled shifts
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
• On-call rate: $2 per hour (pager); call-back minimum of 1 hour
• Staff will be given the option to take call during times of low census in rotation with full-time staff
