Service Manager Location: Orlando, FL, 32811 Requisition Number: 226012 Job Description Cintasis is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer‑facing Service team. Key responsibilities include hiring and performance management, overseeing team performance, providing leadership by fostering a safe work environment, resolving customer‑related issues, training the team on effective sales techniques, performing goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining high levels of satisfaction, achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals, managing a budget, and addressing operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary to assist with pickup and delivery of products or services, driving company‑owned vehicles to and from customer locations, lifting, carrying, and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill, and performing managerial duties.
