Optum, a global health services company, is seeking a STEM Care Advocate to perform telephonic clinical reviews with providers and ensure members receive the most effective outpatient behavioral health care. This fully remote position follows a Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm CST schedule and offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. You will focus on outpatient commercial, Medicaid and Medicare behavioral health services, assess care against coverage guidelines, and collaborate #J-18808-Ljbffr Inspire Health Alliance
