Approved Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000

About the Role :

Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking a digitally-led marketing professional to join our marketing team. As a Sr. Analyst, Retargeting & Remarketing, you will be a key driver of our mission to be the most engaging off-price style destination. You will lead initiatives to drive top-line growth through Member re-engagement and reactivation,specifically focusing on the execution of our strategy and execution of our retargeting and remarketing programs across major ad platforms (Meta, Google, and beyond).

This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to partner with Technology, Product, Creative, and Merchandising teams to deliver measurable results. You will gain deep exposure to the intersection of Ad Tech and retail while solving complex business problems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Scalable Retargeting & Remarketing Strategy

• Deliver measurable growth in reactivation and repeat purchase rate through expert management of retargeting and remarketing campaigns across Meta, Google and expansion channels.
• Optimize efficiency through structured testing, audience segmentation, and strategic budget allocation to ensure we are leading, not following, in the social remarketing space.
• Partner with Product teams to unlock incremental performance by improving our dynamic product feed strategy, pixel/CAPI data quality, and audience signal accuracy.

Data-Driven Impact & Analysis

• Identify high-impact opportunities for growth by conducting deep-dive analyses of campaigns, audience segments, and lapsed-Member behavior.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence high-level investment decisions.
• Shift focus from standard platform KPIs to holistic business outcomes, ensuring every dollar spent drives long-term Member value and LTV.

Channel Innovation (Social, CRM & Beyond)

• Test into expansion opportunities across the full social retargeting ecosystem, including emerging placements, creative formats, and new platform partners.
• Build future-ready channels by supporting more precise audience modeling and cross-channel identity resolution.
• Bridge the gap between paid social, CRM, and lifecycle marketing to establish emerging re-engagement channels.

Strategic Communication & Leadership

• Influence leadership by articulating risks, opportunities, and growth paths through clear, concise recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing strategies align with merchandising goals and brand identity.

Experience and Background Needed :

You are a Tenacious problem-solver with "analytical horsepower" and a high tolerance for ambiguity. You are Passionate about Ad Tech and e-commerce, possessing a deep curiosity for how data can improve the shopper experience. • BS/BA in Marketing
• 2–4+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail (Marketing or Planning), strategy consulting, or a high-growth analytical environment.
• 2+ years of specific experience with retargeting, remarketing, or paid social marketing (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, or similar) preferred.
• Feed & Pixel Management: Experience with dynamic product feed tools and pixel/Conversions API implementation (e.g., Meta CAPI, Feedonomics, Rithum) is preferred.
• Analytical Tools: High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is a major plus.
• Emerging Tech: A genuine interest in AdTech, audience modeling, and the evolving privacy and identity landscape.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to drive action in a dynamic organization.
