Litigation Legal Assistant | Tampa, FL Onsite | $68,000-$72,000 + Benefits | LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently partnering with a well-established law firm in Tampa that is looking to add an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys being a key member of the legal team. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with experience supporting construction defect litigation , although professionals with a strong insurance defense litigation background are also encouraged to apply. What Youll Do Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys Draft, revise, and prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, notices, correspondence, and other legal documents Coordinate Florida state and federal court filings, including e-filing Manage attorney calendars, litigation deadlines, depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings Organize and maintain case files, documents, and litigation records Assist with document production, discovery responses, and exhibit preparation Coordinate trial, mediation, and hearing logistics Communicate professionally with clients, experts, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors Enter attorney time and assist with billing support as needed What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of litigation legal assistant experience
• Experience supporting construction litigation, construction defect, or insurance defense matters preferred
• Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing requirements
• Excellent proofreading, document formatting, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document/case management software
