Role Description Keystone Sales & Associates is seeking an experienced HVAC Inside Sales and Customer Service professional responsible for assisting customers and contractors with HVAC equipment, parts, and product selection. Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries while providing accurate pricing, availability, product information, and order support. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, customers, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate deliveries and pickups. Assist customers in identifying the appropriate HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories based on their needs. Provide product information, pricing, availability, and lead-time updates. Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, outside sales, and delivery teams to ensure orders are accurate and completed on time. Follow up on quotes, orders, backorders, returns, and customer concerns. Resolve customer service issues professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems. Support sales goals by identifying additional product and service opportunities. Maintain knowledge of HVAC products, manufacturers, industry terminology, and basic applications. Qualifications Previous experience in residential and commercial HVAC, mechanical systems, and inside sales is required. Strong understanding of residential and commercial HVAC equipment and applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM and ERP software is a plus.
