Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for designing project solutions with different clouds on the Salesforce platform (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, App Cloud, Agentforce) in relevant Industries: Education, Healthcare, Construction or Manufacturing and Industrials. In this capacity the Technical Solution Architect will have an expert understanding of Salesforce.com standard applications, web application development, Salesforce integration, and tools such as the Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning, the AppExchange and relevant Industry AI solutions that are used to extend the standard product set. Candidate must be able to lead technical requirements gathering sessions, write requirements, technical architecture documents and manage integration tasks. They also must have a solid business understanding and be able to translate business process flows into technical use cases.QUALIFICATIONS:5- 7 years of consulting experience5-7 years’ experience with Salesforce.com5-7 years' experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business usersHuron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experiencePrior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo'sWillingness to attend and present at orals5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positionsDesign and document an end-to-end Salesforce solution to include: leading technical architecture workshops with Enterprise Architects, InformationSecurity Architects, Integration Architects, Data Architects from client teams, and leading technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements documents.Leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documentsManaging the technical delivery of integrations and custom extensionsManaging technical scope and client expectationDesigning and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered.Ability to work with developers US-Based and OffshoreEffectively work with Project Managers, Customers, Development Leads and the Account ManagersEducate Customer as a Salesforce.com EvangelistFamiliarity with Force.com platform technical limitations and common technical design patterns, integration patterns and business application development patternsProven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systemsExperience with Enterprise Integration tools.Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, Java, C++, and ASP.Willingness to travelPREFERRED:Salesforce.com Application Architect, Certified Systems Architect orTechnical ArchitectSales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications are a plusBachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT disciplineThe estimated base salary for this job is $165,000 - $190,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $198,000 - $228,000.
