Prefer a CRNA with OB experience. Description Richmond University Medical Center (RUMC) is an award-winning 470+ bed healthcare facility and teaching institution serving borough residents as a leader in the areas of acute, medical and surgical care, including emergency care, surgery, minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, gastroenterology, cardiology, pediatrics, podiatry, endocrinology, urology, oncology, orthopedics, neonatal intensive care and maternal health. Case Assignments: Acute, medical and surgical care, including, OB, emergency care, surgery, minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, gastroenterology, cardiology, pediatrics, podiatry, endocrinology, urology, oncology, orthopedics, neonatal intensive care and maternal health. Shifts: 24-hour CRNA position will require 73, 24-hour shifts per year (approximately 6 days/month). Responsibilities Pre-anesthesia assessment Obtains and/or verifies patient consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition Performance of clinical intervention as needed Team Mallikarjuna Yalamanchili, M.D. Team Highlights: Staff members work in a care-team model.
