Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Administrator III

Biogen seeks a Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Administrator III to manage preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment records for GMP and non-GMP manufacturing assets. The role involves job plan development, asset lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting site reliability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage planning and scheduling activities for maintenance, site services, and instrumentation and controls work
Create, revise, and maintain job plans, preventive maintenance schedules, and material lists
Support asset onboarding, modification, retirement, and data management within CMMS systems
Generate, prioritize, and dispatch scheduled maintenance work orders and review unscheduled requests
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in maintenance planning and CMMS processes

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred in electronics, database systems, or related field
Minimum 4 years experience in GMP environment or maintenance planning and scheduling
Strong knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems and work order management
Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
Knowledge of planning and scheduling practices, preferably in maintenance context
Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing GMP environment highly desired
Familiarity with calibration systems and large industrial equipment like fans, chillers, and pumps

Compensation: $35.10-$45.67 base hourly rate
