Supply Chain Product Engineer

Job Summary Supply Chain Product Engineer responsible for overseeing multiple project teams through the entire development lifecycle, applying advanced subject matter knowledge, ensuring alignment with guidelines and standards, and enhancing product quality. Responsibilities Lead multiple project teams of engineers and development partners responsible for all stages of NPI development for complex products, platforms, systems, and technology solutions. Review and govern the technical quality of engineering deliverables from project teams. Evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with technology and manufacturing requirements (DFM & DFA) and development guidelines and standards; provide tangible feedback to improve product quality. Provide overall engineering leadership across internal and external teams to drive timely resolution of product issues. Manage timely product changes using established Change Management processes. Drive innovation and integration of new technologies (NUDs) into projects and activities within the engineering design organization. Drive product and process innovation to improve product quality and process efficiency. Exercise independent judgment in resolving technical/product issues and establishing processes/requirements. Provide guidance and mentoring to less‑experienced staff to set an example of engineering design innovation and excellence. Qualifications Typical 7–10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering design, design tools, and software packages or a related field. 5+ years of experience in supply chain in a manufacturing environment. Four‑year or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience and demonstrated competence. Preferred certifications: Project Management Certification, Six Sigma Certification. Knowledge & skills: computer architecture, BIOS/firmware/software, manufacturing processes (PCA, SMT, system manufacturing), supply chain knowledge, software development (AI/ML), Python/SQL, cross‑org collaboration, effective written and verbal communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, customer centricity. Impact & scope: leads functional project teams and participates in cross‑functional initiatives; works on complex problems requiring in‑depth analysis. Pay & Benefits Pay range: $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually (U.S. candidates only) with potential bonus and/or equity.
