Back-of-House Shift Leader: Lead Team & Guest Experience

ROLE PURPOSE Oversee daily shift operations, effectively lead the team, and ensure guests are given a remarkable experience CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Serve Guests through the Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy Lead and Develop Team Members Enforce policies and fulfill operational goals Ensure faithful financial stewardship in the business ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Influence culture and ensure implementation of Restaurant Framework Execution of Pathway, Genuine Hospitality, 2nd Mile Service, and other WHED Strategies. Guest Recovery Team Member & Leadership Accountability Keep up to date with Labor Laws & Pathway knowledge. Track Daily, Weekly, Monthly Cleaning Tasks Oversee and ensure effectiveness of New Hire Training Shift Management Facilites Management Food Safety Food Quality Maintain Facilities & Equipment Positive Guest Experience Manage Team Members OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Culture Management Catering Management Inventory Management Maintain LEAN/FIFO procedures to minimize waste Cleanliness and Organization of Back of House, Walk‑In Cooler, Walk‑In Freezer, and Back Room Oversee completion of Back of House Checklists Oversee New‑Hire, Team Member, & Trainer development Create a high energy, competitive atmosphere Model sense of urgency Ensure next shifts are set up for success Manage Productivity/Labor SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS Schedule: Full‑Time Open: At least once a week Close: At least once a week Must be able to work Friday & Saturday QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Previous leadership/management experience in the restaurant industry Consistency and reliability Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal skillsDetail‑oriented Able to multi‑task Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Able to work inside & outside #J-18808-Ljbffr
