The family leads a deliberate, comprehensive, and eco-friendly lifestyle—emphasizing whole foods (organic, grass-fed, sourdough, local farmers' markets), a scent-free home, and a technology-free setting for their three young children. Their residence is lively, filled with music, and encourages imaginative play! The mother homeschools the children following the Charlotte Mason approach and is present at home daily, while the father works remotely and travels occasionally.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare & Homeschool Support

• Engagement Without Screens: Organize and lead creative, hands-on, nature-focused, and screen-free activities for 3 children.

• Supporting Homeschooling: Assist with Charlotte Mason homeschooling routines, such as arranging curriculum, procuring art supplies, managing toy rotations, and aiding in record-keeping.

Culinary & Nourishment

• Healthy Meal Preparation: Create and serve organic, whole-food meals and snacks in line with the family's dietary principles (grass-fed, wild-caught, sourdough, local produce).

• Grocery Shopping & Farmers' Markets: Manage grocery shopping, including trips to local farmers' markets.

Household & Administrative Support

• Household Management: Supervise pantry organization, handle errands (returns, supply runs), oversee family laundry, and ensure smooth daily routines.

• Assisting with Travel: Aid in travel research and packing preparations.

Travel Support

• Accompany the family on domestic and international trips throughout the year (e.g., monthly short getaways, and up to 3 months away during the summer). Note: The initial months will be spent establishing the home base in Sarasota.

• Lifestyle Compatibility: Naturally lives or strongly resonates with a holistic, eco-friendly lifestyle (using fragrance-free personal care products, following a whole foods diet, engaging in organic/farm-fresh cooking).

• Early Childhood / Homeschooling Focus: Enthusiastic about screen-free play, creative outdoor education, and supporting structured yet gentle educational approaches (experience with Charlotte Mason is advantageous!).

• Personality Traits: Warm, positive, proactive, highly organized, reliable, and adaptable to a lively, bustling home setting.

• Ready to Travel: Possess a valid passport and be eager to travel with the family.

• Driving Requirements: Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and own a dependable vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in household management, premium nanny roles, or family assistant positions.

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

• Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week spread over 5 days.

• Flexibility: Standard hours range from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM , with occasional shifts adjusted to 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM for parental date nights.

• Compensation: $35.00 – $40.00 / hour (Dependent on Experience).
