**Position Summary:**
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Medication Technicians and Caregivers to join our team. These roles are pivotal in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, tailored to their individual needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with medications as prescribed and maintain accurate medication records.
- Monitor residents' health status, noting any changes and reporting to healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist with mobility and transfer of residents using appropriate safety techniques.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of activities designed to enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Collaborate with all members of the caregiving team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

**Qualifications:**

- **Med Tech:**
- Certification as a Med Tech or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an assisted living or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medication management and healthcare procedures.

- **Caregiver:**
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of geriatric care and memory care needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
