Enterprise Program Administrator

Job Title

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's (CDPHE) Environmental Health and Protection Programs are responsible for safeguarding the public's health by preventing harmful exposures to a wide array of health hazards.

This position reports directly to the Grants, Contracts, and Finance Liaison (FAA 00834). The Board Unit coordinates with the Enterprise Board of Directors and Air Pollution Control Division programs to provide subject matter expertise to the enterprise boards and is responsible for implementing the strategy, systems, processes, and guidelines needed to execute the board's business.

The Air Pollution Control Division's Administrative Services Program provides contracting services for the CDPHE Enterprise Boards.

This position exists to perform contract development and monitoring of the unit's programs. The position works with other staff and unit supervisors to provide support in enterprise budgeting, accounting, issuing enterprise contracts and other financial information and services. The position also engages with various internal and external stakeholders regarding enterprise programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: NOTE: An applicant may meet the minimum qualifications for this job in one of two ways: They may qualify through their work experience alone or through a combination of education and work experience.

Experience Only: Six (6) years of relevant experience in air quality related matters, accounting, or contracts and grant administration.

OR

Education and Experience: A combination of related education in public administration, accounting, business, political science & policy and/or relevant experience in air quality related matters, accounting, or contracts and grant administration equal to six (6) years
