ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of two with strong ties to the local community. I began my career working for another State Farm agent right out of college and opened my own agency shortly after, bringing a strong foundation and drive to build something meaningful. I’m a graduate of West Virginia University, married, and enjoy golfing and traveling in my free time. We’re very active in the community, supporting local sports and sponsorships, and have become a trusted presence in a small, close-knit area. For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, life insurance, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is laid-back and community-focused, but still driven to succeed. We’re looking for someone who is resilient, confident, and not afraid of hearing “no” - someone who can overcome objections, stay motivated, and grow within a supportive, small-team environment.ROLE DESCRIPTION
Hayden Stewart - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
