What You'll Do

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the successful execution of complex construction projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
• Support procurement efforts, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress
• Participate in project meetings and communicate with field teams
• Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track key milestones and help ensure project deadlines are met
• Support day-to-day project operations and problem-solving efforts

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience in: Construction Project Engineering, Project Coordination, Assistant Project Management, Related construction management roles
• Understanding of construction project management principles and field operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, manufacturing, data center, or mission-critical construction projects

Preferred Experience

• Reno-area candidates strongly preferred

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Reno, NV.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
