We are currently recruiting a Physician | Psychiatry - Inpatient for a prominent healthcare facility in Georgetown, DE .


Job Description


Job Description

  • Client is NOT considering Telehealth. This position is 100% on site.
  • Monday-Friday, day shift schedule
  • Requesting one weekend/month, phone on-call weekly
  • Reason for coverage: Replacement
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18
  • Total Number of Beds: 99
  • How Many Psychiatrists in Your Group? 2
  • How Many Advanced Practice Providers Support Your Group? 3, plus per diem pool
  • How Many Psychologists? Per diem
  • Required Treatment Disorders: anxiety disorders, affective disorders, personality disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, trauma-related disorders
  • EMR: Wellsky
  • Must have familiarity with involuntary commitments, pharmacotherapy
  • Must have Perm interest (not accepting Locums applicants)

Submission Requirements

  • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 0-5 years of residency) in Psychiatry [REQUIRED]
  • DE license (or willing to obtain) [REQUIRED]
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
  • DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
  • CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
  • BLS (or willing to obtain) [REQUIRED]

Certification Requirements

State License Requirements
