We're seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) who is passionate about delivering high-level, evidence-based care while also shaping the next generation of clinicians. Responsibilities:

• Serving as a mentor to early-career therapists and students, helping translate knowledge into confident, high-quality practice.
• Partner with leadership on clinical development initiatives.
• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)

About: Compensation: $83k-102K + Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional $8k per year, average less than 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs!
