Las Vegas VA Imaging Services (VS Southern Nevada Healthcare System) has been improving the health of the men and women who have so proudly served our nation since 1972. Essential duties and responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Experience with providing prep instructions to the patient
• Making appointments based on order or consult
• Create notes, refer consults, modify and retrieve sensitive information/data into the medical record
• Making and receiving calls at a high volume
• Performing check-in process timely and efficiently
• Resolve issues and carry them through to completion
• Interacts with Veterans, supervisors, staff, visitors and non-VA personnel reflecting a working knowledge of cultural differences in language, communication style, physical limitations and other diversity-related factors
• Performs all components of radiology patient administration
• Completes front desk open/close procedures. Refills/requests supplies, forms, CD's as needed for work area.

Requirements:

• BLS Certified

Base year plus 4 option year contract.
