Project Manager: Analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Vendor Relationships, Reporting Skills, Commercial Estimating, Decision Making, Teamwork, Documentation Skills, Quality Focus, Technology
Required Knowledge:
Ability to project manager multiple commercial Division 8 projects at one time.
Attention to detail and communication are a must for this Project Manager position.
Knowledge and experience in take offs and estimating Doors, Frames and Hardware for Commercial construction.
Analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Vendor Relationships, Reporting Skills, Commercial Estimating, Decision Making, Teamwork, Documentation Skills, Quality Focus, Technology
Working knowledge of Commercial construction documentation and pricing, able to read plans and specifications.
Working knowledge of MS Office
Knowledgeable of Commercial Construction principles and processes.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Knowledgeable of negotiated bids, hard bids.
Maintains a "value added" approach to Project Management.

Strong math and analytical skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or work equivalent) for Construction Science or related field
Proficiency with reading Commercial construction plans, specifications and vendor product data information
Familiarity with Commercial construction project delivery methods and practices.
