Senior SAFe Scrum MasterA supercenter chain throughout the Midwest with corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan is looking for a Senior SAFe Scrum Master to add to their team who has experience with E-Commerce or POS systems to lead delivery from multiple teams.Required Skills:SAFeAgile PracticesScrum MasterProject ManagerE-commercePoint of SaleJob Duties and Responsibilities:Leadership and high-level functional consultation for NextGen services development and/or configuration and for the enhancement of existing systemsAlignment of teams to the Program Increment (PI) objectives and delivery of value. Guidance for the team relating to utilization of Agile practices and how to best ensure successful self-organizationCoordinate release activities and represent these activities to the rest of the NextGen solution train.Support of and collaboration with the ART Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Product Owner with respect to grooming and maintaining the product work backlogAbility to work through ambiguity and to lead without explicit authority. Removal of impediments to the teams’ successFacilitation of discussion, decision-making, collaboration, and conflict resolution in support of attainment of valueFacilitation of SAFe ceremonies for the Agile team. Understanding of Agile principles and systems thinkingJob Requirements:POS e-commerce/ retail industry experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum or Agile roleMinimum 2 years of experience with software development projects and vendor integrations leading 2 or more teamsProficient skills and knowledge of servant leadership, teambuilding, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, relentless improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparencyAn understanding of how to apply the principles, practices, and theory of the Scrum Master role. Experience with program Kanban boards, user story writing, burndown techniques, and retrospective facilitationAbility to provide a high level of quality and productivityExcellent communication and mentoring skillsUnderstanding and translating complex technical concepts into easy to understand business languagePrevious project experience leading on and offshore teams with successful collaboration and communicationStrong leadership and team building skills. Ability to work well on cross-functional Agile teams and foster team commitment to tasksSAFe for Teams certification (SA)
