Scrum Master

Overview / Summary We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master to own the Scrum board in partnership with the Product Owner, support SAFe Agile practices, and ensure work items are clearly defined and successfully delivered. This role also partners with upstream and downstream teams to ensure requirements, testing, and delivery expectations are fully aligned. Job Description Job Title: Agile Scrum Master We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master to own the Scrum board in partnership with the Product Owner, support SAFe Agile practices, and ensure work items are clearly defined and successfully delivered. This role also partners with upstream and downstream teams to ensure requirements, testing, and delivery expectations are fully aligned. Key Responsibilities Own the Scrum board in partnership with the Product Owner. Apply SAFe Agile methodology in day-to-day activities. Create Scrum cards as needed. Ensure Scrum cards are followed through to completion. Represent the team and their work in cross-team ceremonies. Vet work items to ensure robust business acceptance criteria. Vet work items to ensure robust technical acceptance criteria. Ensure adherence to the Definition of Done and help mature the definition over time. Partner with upstream and downstream teams to ensure all required needs are met. Ensure robust test plans are in place. Eliminate unvetted assumptions by working closely with partner teams. Required Qualifications At least 3 years in a role supporting the responsibilities listed above. Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to bring clarity out of confusion. Self-starter who is eager and curious about strengthening the team. Highly analytical with the ability to dig into work items and topics. Willingness to get hands-on with testing and validation.
