What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care for patients in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with neonatologists and team members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Assist with newborn nursery coverage as needed
• Participate in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Support family-centered care in a state-of-the-art NICU environment
• Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations
• Document clinical activities accurately and timely

What You Need

• Current Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license
• 2+ years NNP experience (outside of RN background)
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days and nights
