Quick Facts: Location: Belmont, NC Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: 24-hour shifts (rounding during the day, taking call from home) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent Certifications: NNP Board Certified (no FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications accepted) Experience: 2+ years NNP experience required (excluding RN experience) Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) including health, dental, and vision insurance Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Additional benefits: Life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase, HSA, FSA, hospital & critical illness plans, and more What You’ll Do: Lead daily rounds on newborns in a new Level I Nursery with approximately 5 infants daily Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal stabilization when requested Manage and facilitate transport of newborns requiring higher-level care to nearby NICUs in Charlotte or Gastonia Collaborate with a team of NNPs, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals Participate in the ongoing development of the new nursery and contribute to quality neonatal care Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and trainees as needed What You Need: Current NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted) 2+ years of professional NNP experience (excluding RN experience) Valid North Carolina license or ability to obtain one Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization, delivery attendance, and neonatal management Excellent communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment: Join a distinguished healthcare provider in Belmont, NC, dedicated to delivering exceptional neonatal services in a state-of-the-art facility.
