Payroll and Total Rewards Manager

Owning payroll operations and total rewards for a growing multi-state and multi-country workforce, the fully remote Sr. Manager, Payroll and Total Rewards will manage end-to-end payroll processes, oversee comprehensive benefits programs, and operationalize compensation structures while collaborating closely with Finance and Legal. Key Responsibilities: Lead the migration to a new payroll platform, ensuring compliance and effective communication of total rewards changes Develop and administer the US benefits program, manage vendor relationships, and oversee 401(k) compliance Operationalize compensation structures, maintain pay bands, and support annual audits and diligence across payroll and benefits Required Qualifications: 4 to 8 years of payroll and total rewards experience in a multi-state environment, preferably in a SaaS startup Hands-on experience with payroll platforms and managing multi-state tax compliance Experience in benefits administration and managing annual renewals and open enrollment Familiarity with 401(k) administration and compensation structures Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and proactively identify improvement opportunities
