Candidates with 1–2 years of ENT experience are preferred, with a strong dedication to caring for both pediatric and adult patients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using EMRsystems and ableto thrive bothindependently and withina collaborative teamenvironment. Responsibilities Assist in the managed care of outpatients and inpatients in conjunction with the physicians of Reston ENT Diagnose and treat acute and chronic ENT diseases including pharmacologic and non- pharmacologic means Order diagnostic testing Perform in office procedures such as cerumen removal, nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, suture removal, staple removal, dressing change, and biopsies Provide patient education regarding ENT disease processesParticipate in monthly call coverage Assist the physicians with pre- and post-op care What We Offer Time off policy with emphasis on work-life balance Continuing education opportunities, including an education fund and CEU-days for conferences and other educational goals Robust retirement benefits, including 401k matching Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Short & Long Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Requirements Current, unrestricted licensure as aPhysician Assistant (PA-C) Graduate degree through an accredited PA program Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting, preferably in ENT Strong clinical skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Must be able to provide patient care for all age demographics Eligible for hospital privileges Summary --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Certain US jurisdictions require SENTA Partners to provide new employees with a reasonable estimate of the salary for this role at the location in which the job may be performed.
