Digital Product Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO Duration: 12+ Month Contract About the Opportunity A leading Wealth & Investment Management organization is seeking an experienced Lead Product Owner to drive strategic initiatives across its Wealth Advisory Platform ecosystem. This role will provide end-to-end product ownership for critical advisor technology platforms, partnering with business, technology, and operations leaders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance advisor experiences and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Wealth Management and Advisory Platforms and a proven track record leading large-scale product initiatives within financial services environments. Responsibilities Own end-to-end product management and delivery accountability for strategic Wealth Advisory Platform initiatives. Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives, advisor experience, and technology strategy. Lead large Agile Scrum teams and drive delivery outcomes across complex cross-functional programs. Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned to strategic goals. Drive release planning, dependency management, risk identification, and issue resolution across multiple teams. Collaborate with business leaders, technology partners, operations teams, and stakeholders to accelerate decision-making and maintain execution momentum. Resolve complex product and delivery challenges by balancing business value, technical feasibility, risk, and compliance requirements. Lead platform modernization and transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled capabilities that improve personalization, advisor workflows, and decision support. Serve as a stream lead within a highly collaborative organizational structure. Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, compliance, and control requirements. Partner closely with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery. Required Qualifications 10+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience. Strong background in Wealth Management, Wealth Advisory, Private Banking, RIA, Broker-Dealer, or Investment Management environments. Proven experience supporting or owning Wealth Advisory Platforms. Deep understanding of advisor workflows, portfolio management, investment operations, and client servicing. Strong experience with roadmap planning, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder management. Ability to influence business, technology, and operations stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience working in highly regulated financial services environments. Required Advisory Platform Experience Candidates should have hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms: Envestnet | Tamarac Orion Advisor Solutions Black Diamond Wealth Platform (SS&C Advent) Addepar SEI Wealth Platform InvestCloud Preferred Qualifications Experience modernizing Wealth Advisory platforms. Experience incorporating AI/Generative AI capabilities into advisor workflows. SAFe, CSPO, CSM, or related Agile certifications.
