We’re looking for a motivated Senior Global Merchandise Planner tolead the development and execution of a strategic vision across both Women’s and Men’s Global Merchandise Planning, with a progressive, customer‑centric approach all while delivering on sales and profit objectives. This role requires the ability to leverage technical expertise to identify opportunities and develop assortment plans. Responsibilities Responsible for creating long range category plans in partnership with global merchandising, capitalizing on product insights to achieve company financial and assortment objectives. Leverage analytics to provide business insights to support company decision making. Monitor regional performance to sales, inventory and margin targets. Performs independent analysis and recommends courses of action to drive profitable sales in season through weekly and monthly hindsight reporting. Lead monthly replenishment forecast process. Analyze historical trends and implement long term bottom up demand plans for core assortment, ensuring optimal stock and sales. Mitigate business risks and identify global inventory opportunities through reroutes, transfers and cancels to improve turn. Use strong communication skills as a liaison between Global Merchandising, Regional merchandise planning and Global supply planning. Qualifications 6+ years of merchandise planning experience Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Merchandising or related field High level of experience and proficiency in Excel Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Mathematical proficiency with strong business and financial acumen Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of management Strong sense of teamwork to coordinate with many cross‑functional partners High degree of accountability and attention to detail Strong sense of urgency and accuracy Salary: $105,000.00 to 115,000.00* *The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
