Title: RN Nurse Manager Location: Northeastern United States (Onsite) Employment Type: Full Time, Day Shift, 10am-6pm (Monday and Wednesday), 9am-5pm (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday), with 1 Saturday rotation twice per month. Compensation Pay Range: $65.00-$75.00 Per HR Description Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to manage nursing functions. Ensure effective workflow and assignment management. Act as the first level of escalation on the floor. Manage staff and patient interactions in a union environment. Preference for candidates with pediatric and outpatient care experience. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Required. Spanish bilingual candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily assignments and workflow. Handle disciplinary actions and escalate issues as needed. Manage staff and patient relations in a unionized setting. Utilize electronic medical records effectively. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse License in the Northeastern United States. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Infection Control Certification. COVID vaccination required.
