Commercial Loan Officer

Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a well-established community bank in Central Arkansas to find an experienced Commercial Loan Officer . This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven commercial lender who enjoys working closely with local businesses and wants to make a meaningful impact within the community. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of commercial lending experience , strong credit and financial analysis skills, and the ability to develop and manage relationships with small business clients. This individual will be responsible for identifying lending opportunities, structuring appropriate financial solutions, managing a commercial loan portfolio, and developing new business throughout the Central Arkansas market.
