Job Description

A leading Logistics company in North Fort Worth is hiring for Customer Service-Accounts!

Shift: Monday – Friday 8a-5p

Pay: $20/hr

Hybrid position

Monday & Friday- work from home

Tues, Wed, Thurs- on site

Temp to Hire

Ideal Candidate will have:

Must be confident in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Comfortable navigating technology
Excellent in communicating
Great organization and multitasking skills

Job Duties:

Communicating with dispatch, drivers and vendors regarding daily assigned loads
Obtain updated ETA’s for delivery of loads
Ensure drivers are planned for pickup
Heavy phone call and email communication
Resolve any inquiries related to orders
Tracking requests
