$130,000–$160,000 Base + Performance Bonus + Benefits Build Something Bigger Than a Job Description Restoration 1 New Jersey is an established, growing restoration and reconstruction company specializing in emergency water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, contents, and reconstruction services. We are looking for a proven operations executive who can lead our company through its next stage of growth. This is not simply an operations management position—it is the #2 leadership role in the company. Our goal is to grow from approximately $5 million in annual revenue to $15 million , and we're looking for the right leader to help make that happen. What You’ll Be Responsible For You’ll Oversee All Day-to-day Operations, Including Mitigation Operations Reconstruction Operations Project Managers Production Scheduling & Dispatch Warehouse Operations Fleet Management Vendor & Subcontractor Management Operational KPIs Customer Satisfaction Quality Control Safety & Compliance Hiring and developing operational staff You’ll work directly with the CEO and have the authority to improve systems, accountability, and operational performance. What Success Looks Like You’ll Be Responsible For Improving Revenue Growth Gross Profit EBITDA Job Cycle Times Collections Customer Satisfaction Production Efficiency Employee Development Operational Accountability Qualifications Required: 7+ years of leadership experience in the restoration industry Experience managing both mitigation and reconstruction operations Experience leading Project Managers and production teams Strong financial understanding of job costing and gross profit Experience with insurance restoration Excellent leadership and communication skills Preferred: Experience with Xactimate Experience with Contractor Connection, Alacrity, or other TPA programs IICRC certifications Multi-branch management experience Experience scaling a restoration company Compensation $130,000–$160,000 Base Salary Quarterly Performance Bonus Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Company Vehicle Company Laptop Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Why Join Restoration 1 New Jersey This isn't a maintenance role.
