Vice President of Sales

United Pharmacy Network is looking for a VP of Sales , reporting to our CEO. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with pharmacy members. Expertise in sales strategy, team leadership, and customer management is a must to succeed in this position. United Pharmacy Network is a group purchasing organization for independent pharmacies. The ideal candidate would have experience with GPOs and in the pharmacy industry. Roles and Duties Promote company products and services. Develop plans and strategies. Manage onboarding of new pharmacy accounts with wholesalers. Participate in the negotiations of contracts with vendors. Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations. Motivate sales teams to achieve workplace goals. Monitor market and competitor activity. Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans. Monitor member purchasing activity. Foster relationships within the independent pharmacy community. Position Requirements Background in pharmacy sales. GPO sales experience preferred. Experience leading sales team. Experience in contract negotiations. Ability to drive accountability for achieving key performance metrics. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Strong computer skills Compensation Package Full time exempt position. Base salary. Benefits after probationary period.
