No roofing experience? No problem. If you’remotivated, driven, and coachable, you’ll receive the training and tools neededto succeed.

What You’ll Earn

Year1: $70K–$80K
Year2: $90K–$100K
Year3: $110K+
Uncappedcommissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges
Unlimitedearning potential based on performance

What You’ll Do

Meetwith homeowners and generate new business
Conductroof inspections (training provided)
Guidecustomers through the insurance and sales process
Closedeals and manage your sales pipeline
Buildreferrals and develop repeat business

What We Are Looking For

Requirements

Validdriver’s license & reliable transportation
Comfortableworking outdoors and climbing ladders
Self-motivatedand goal-oriented with strong communication skills

Bonus If You Have

Existingnetwork or book of business (for experienced reps)
