What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit clients at in-person marketing campaigns and community events .
• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service and educate customers about client programs and services.
• Build relationships that increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty .
• Support the coordination and execution of field marketing campaigns.
• Communicate customer feedback and campaign insights to management.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals.
• Support the launch and growth of new client campaigns.

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, or marketing experience is a plus—but not required .
