Position Description Capstone Classical Academy is seeking a warm, Christ-centered lead teacher for our Pre‑K program. We are looking for an educator who cultivates wonder and joy as foundations for a lifelong love of learning. The Role Nurture the Soul: Model a love for Jesus through daily prayer, Bible stories, and kindness. Shape the Habits: Focus on virtue and basic habits of attention, obedience, and wonder. Introduce the Good: Lead students in songs, classic nursery rhymes, poems, nature study, and the beginnings of letter and number recognition. The Candidate Faith‑Filled: A committed Christian who views teaching as a ministry. Classical Heart: Someone who prefers real books, wooden toys, and hymns over screens and modern trends. Patient & Joyful: A teacher who can create a calm, orderly environment where young children feel safe to explore. Requirements Experience working with preschool‑aged children.
