RN Office Triage - Behavioral Health - Evanston Hospital

Hourly Pay Range:

$33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $35.15 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse Triage

• Location: Evanston Hospital

• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

• Hours: Monday-Friday (Day Shift)

• Required Travel: Possible to float to other locations

What you will do:

Provides a professional nursing assessment, prioritizing treatment according to the urgency of need. Completes comprehensive assessments with patients and/or family members and initiates pre-certification process. Serves actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, supporting the organization and program philosophy of care to ensure the safety and well-being of each patient.

What you will need:

• Education: N/A

• Certification: Current State of Illinois Registered Nursing License , Current CPR issued by American Heart Association

• Experience: A minimum of two years of behavioral health experience
