Commercial flooring estimator

Pride Flooring is a growing commercial flooring contractor committed to quality workmanship, accurate bidding, and skilled project execution. We specialize in commercial-only projects and are looking for a skilled estimator who understands the details that make jobs profitable and successful.We are seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for commercial flooring projects including carpet tile, LVT, sheet vinyl, rubber, ceramic, and other specified materials.

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Prepare detailed and accurate bid proposals
• Track and manage bid deadlines
• Communicate with project managers, vendors, and clients
• Assist with project handoff to operations team after award

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
